Our story begins in 2010, when Edward Lockridge’s passion for logistics was sparked while working for a brokerage in Ontario, California. Three years later he started his own, quickly attracting clients and assembling a local team. Soon enough, the team needed support to keep up with momentum.
Determined to find a solution, Edward embarked on a journey of planning and research – discovering the power of virtual staff. He integrated top-tier remote talent into the team, fueling remarkable growth and providing a long-awaited solution to the industry. In 2016, My Freight Staff was born, offering teams the ability to scale with pre-trained, specialized VAs ready to get to work.
